		<description>I wish this workout had more to it. You can&#039;t choose from different types like most other workout DVDs. But this is a cheaper one. The routines are not bad, and it does give you a good workout for the body and the heart. I just wish he had at least 2 different routines you can choose from (maybe differnt intensity levels or speed) instead of playing the entire DVD. And it&#039;s only about 45-50 minutes from warm-up to complete cool-down.

		<description>Well this DVD isn&#039;t horrible, but I probably won&#039;t be using it.

&lt;br /&gt;My first gripe is the instructor and the background girls. It&#039;s a bit cheesy and distracting to see a room full of women in matching short shorts bouncing around. I&#039;ve never felt this way about any other workout DVD. The girls seemed like they were hired directly from Hooters or something.

&lt;br /&gt;My second gripe are the moves. I was in the military for four years, so I guess I am just used to these moves and find them quite boring. Pushups, I mean I&#039;ve done hundreds upon hundreds of them. This seems like a quick routine I would do in the morning with my unit. I guess that&#039;s what some people are looking for, but it&#039;s not for me.
